As of June 2012 Silent Voices will goto quarterly print as well as staying online each month. I'm very pleased to announce that I have been asked to write for them in the printed version along with the regular monthly online article that i write.

I recently caught up with Amy, (below left) one of my Hypnotherapy Gastric Band clients. She informed me that in total she has lost 5 stone in 8 months. in the picture is the trousers she wore for her second visit to me.

I also received a picture from Nikki West who after 7 weeks is continuing to lose weight, holding the trousers that she visited me in.
